The children were loud (mostly at the playground) all day. The adults were loud (mostly due to beer) at night until quiet hours started. Then the adults were a hushed sort of loud until everyone petered out and toddled to bed.
It was very nice, but DW and I stayed one extra day after everyone else left. The silence of that last night and the next morning was an absolute blessing to my ears.
Wow. Ringing Rock! I haven't been there since I was a kid. Definitely have to add that to the trip list this season!
