Seriously, we got tired of hotels, motels, and eating out on road trips. Got our first fifth wheel in the late 90's, 3 years later got our current 36ft gasser with two slides and just love it still to this day, albeit hubby's been spying for a DP forever!
Older we're getting we're even more appreciative of the "facilities" at our beck and call, which seems to be much more often than a decade or two ago LOL.
