If you ever saw the remnants of what is left after delam peeled going down the highway, you would understand. What you "see" is just the tip of the iceberg on what is happening under the skin. Can it be repaired, maybe in a half a$$ed way, but you will NEVER stop the progression enough to have a decent RV.
