I don't really think I would be happy to learn that my RV is falling apart.
Delamination, like stated above is the wall panels coming loose from the interior panel and insulation in between them. Driving with delaminated walls, and the outside parts might just blow off the RV! And if you damage the other cars that the parts hit, you could be in for more than the $300,000 limit on your insurance policy. . .
