I had the first item on your list happen when turning left on a divided highway. 2 left turn lanes and I was to the right because as soon as we cross the 2 lanes I'm going to turn right into a business. Some woman pulled up screaming at me that I cut her off. I told her that she needs to go to dmv and read the book again and also told her to look at the logic of what she is saying. She just kept screaming and I went I the store. If you sat there with a pencil and paper and drew it out and explained it she still wouldn't get it.
