WHY?
Will they drive 50 to 55 in a 35 mph arterial in a residential zone, but only do 45 mph on a 55 mph divided state highway?
All my streets are county roads....most are chipped....some are still gravel.
We have much the same bad driving/speeding habits even out here where all county roads in the state are 45 mph unless otherwise posted.
Now add blowing rural stop signs, they do this everyday on their way to work or school, at 55 mph and we have some real morons out here.
Teens simply mimic their parents bad driving habits.
