I don't see anyone "blasting frustrations", just people who see the sign as a practical tool. Take it easy.
People who have paid the camping fee and are present during daylight hours are involved in camping, not day use. So the sign makes sense to me (maybe it could have been worded more clearly, not sure).
And yes, I do have a sense of humor (a somewhat over-active one). This thread reminds me of a sign I saw that really tickled my funny bone. The sign simply said, "No Camping," but it was right next to the women's pit toilet. (Make it quick, ladies...) ;)
