I agree that it's weird. There isn't an extra knob to spark the igniters? We've had to replace the individual igniters when they pooped out on the burners. Have you lifted the stove cover too peek and make sure?
The oven bugs me. I don't know why you manually have to light the pilot instead of having an igniter.
Our first toy hauler (2005 Weekend Warrior) didn't even have an oven because the factory that made some component burned down or something. I had to buy one aftermarket for my wife for Christmas a year later.
I can't imagine why your stove wouldn't have them.
