Read into it however you wish, I guess one could interpret " except when visiting a restroom or a park building for a brief period of time" however they want. I guess it could mean visiting the worlds largest ball of twine for 3 hours, then going to the seafood buffet for another 3. I also suppose some people consider 12 hours "brief".
Leave your dog in your rig you had better hope it does not bark all day at every noise it hears, because you're going to be getting a visit from the ranger if I have to sit and listen to it. I used to sit back and not make waves, but it used to be the exception more than the rule. The last few year its becoming the rule more than the exception. Too many who think the first guideline below does not apply to them.
