I bought a new 2014 Winnebago. Winnebago's on line ad indicated that it had a "Battery disconnect system (chassis and coach)". I called Winnebago after I had battery discharge problems and advised I could not locate the chassis disconnect and was advised that my model Motorhome did not come with the chassis disconnect. I asked about their ad and was told he did not know about it (and was not going to check it out).
I had a disconnect installed and wrote to Winnegago and asked for reimbursement, once again they said my model did not come with one (no mention of their on line ad) and no payment.
I wrote to Motorhome magazine's Hot Line requesting help in getting reimbursed. Hot Line wrote back indicating since Winnebago wrote back Hot Line was closing their file (no mention of Winebago's ad). Winnebago has since change it ad for the 2014 Vista and it noteable excludes my model and one other model, but still no payment.
The *disconnect*.......
Is this for - gee whiz value?..:h
