I think they lied....;-) We had our 5er out for NY weekend on Oregon Coast. Sunny, windy for the first few days, first hike of the year was 35 degrees at 10am, with the wind chill, 22. Freezing rain greeted us on Sunday Morning. Still an awesome time away.
