2014-15 winter's forecast

Nice thing about Canada is you don't have to rely on weather liars, almanacs horses coats. It is going to be cold with a deep white blanket.
If you have to work here well, that's life, if you don't and can get away, your gone. Even a bad winter in Florida is better than the snowy north.

This IS the truest way to tell what the winter season will bring.

Yes you CAN tell what the winter is going to bring each and every year.

By WHEN their winter coat comes in and how thick.

Also up North when the geese start swarming around and ultimately head south 'early'? I'm beating feet to the MH to pack it and get outta dodge asap!

Pretty much most of the US in a very cold winter. California and Southern Texas don't look too bad.

I know some of you likely think any winter in the middle of Saskatchewan is too bone-chillingly cold to contemplate, but trust me when I tell you there's a difference between a normally cold Sask winter and an "omg, when will the -40's ever end?" kind of Sask winter.

The horse has a thick coat already. :(

I don't care what the weather for New England is going to be. I will be in Florida knowing it is warmer:)

I don't buy into any of those long-range forecasts. Not sure if it's even an "educated" guess. I can tell you in April, what kind of winter we had. :B
