Does each air conditioner have its own breaker?
If so, add a plug that duplexed. One outlet powered by OEM wiring, the other by a #12 or #10 wire. Extend that wire to the shore power cord box.
Now you can quickly change from the OEM wiring to the "break out" of the 2nd air conditioner.
If there is a switch for use when plugged into shore power, add the "patch board" there using male and female plugs.
I did this for the water heater, and converter.
