Browse and select picture posting does exist, sort of.
Find the picture on your computer.
go to this site.
Link
Drag and drop your picture right into the center of the page.
Right click and copy the address link that the page returns.
Now when you post, click on the yellow post card looking icon (5th from left)
Paste the address into the top URL window and click finished.
