Use two part epoxy and if you have access to sawdust mix some in with it.
West Systems Epoxy describes it in detail.
If it was me, I would just buy the epoxy at your local hardware for about $5.00 It comes in a package with two dispensers that dispense the proper amount of hardener and resin, and then I would mix sawdust in with it. Make it thick enough so it wont run out.
