$2,000 per night is $14.6 MM over 20 years and should cover the cost of the structure.
Finally, there is density. A garage just wouldn't be profitable for the number of RV types it can have in it, unless the owner charged on the order of $2000 a night for 20 years, to recoup the parking garage costs.

That seems reasonable to me. It averages out to only $25 per camper per night if there are 80 RVs in the building. Add in another $25 for the land and $25 for operating expenses and the total cost would only be $75 per night. I'd gladly pay that for a spot in downtown Chicago or near any major city. - tbredExplorer IIEWWWW, that's just wrong!

- mlts22Explorer IIHow would the RV get to the top? It would require a ton of space for the up ramps (turning radii would be huge), or a big elevator.
Then come the smells. Even with FHU, my gray and black water tanks vent, and those would wind up wafting somewhere.

It is a cool idea, and a nice vision, but if I have to deal with an urban area with dense population, I just store my rig and hotel it. - lizzieExplorerLook for one of these coming soon to a college football stadium near you. Think of the $$$ that could be made by stacking up those tailgaters. lizzie
- dave54NomadIt would make draining your black tank a whole lot easier. Just stuck the hose down the rain drain and let 'er rip.
May work better if you are on the top floor.
