If it fell as 'wet' snow (typical of the South), or has partially melted or refrozen, it's heavy to very heavy to shovel. A narrow shovel blade may actually be better. But if you can back the trailer in over the snow, you'd just need to clear a few paths and a sitting area.
My biggest issue with snow camping is the humidity & condensation in the RV. Try to keep snow and wet gear out of the trailer. I'm assuming you'd have electric? A portable LP heater would be a bad idea, since it just adds to the moisture in the small volume of the RV. Ventilate well to dry it out after the trip. Avoid cooking that involves boiling in open pots.
Watch for refrozen water on roads and trails in the AM; it's treacherously slick, walking or driving.
Check the weather forecast; it may snow again here over the weekend.
