Yea, "cheap gas"
People are increasingly driving larger lower MPG vehicles and not cars I guess partly because they perceive gas to be cheap. Really. I don't think it's ever been cheap to keep fuel in a motor vehicle ...

Yep, I remember the good old times. but for that 1.60 and hour you could buy 5 gal of gas and a burger basket for you and your girl friend and maybe have money left over for two ice cream cones.
today you make 25.00 hour you get 2 gal of gas and two SMALL fast food burgers.
