No it requires data entry (@ $15.00 an hour) to load the 100's or 1000's of names and address into the system so you can just "press a button" and send out "you don't get the job letters" not counting possible postage, paper, etc... The cost is less if it is emailed rejection letters. And after you have loaded all this and spent time and $$$ you delete this list .... So why bother.
Why would anyone want to "bother" to even apply then!!! I would only accept a position if I spoke to the hiring manager by phone or in person. And only then if they spoke to me respectfully would I "consider wasting my time" or it was "worhty of my time".
