Yeah but centered is normal. The weight of the tongue is generally enough to tip the balance in favor of the front of the trailer.
What??? No centered is NOT normal. I don't know of any trailer made that is centered.
OP here is a picture of your trailer from Google.
As you can see, these axles are not centered. If yours are centered it must be a one of or some weird duck? I would dump the thing if it is centered.
