I used to use rv.net to participate in this forum and there were problems quite often. It was either the "Service Temporarily Unavailable" issue or I couldn't log in at all or I would try to post and I couldn't or I thought I couldn't and then I would do it again and then later find out I posted twice. I started using http://forums.goodsamclub.com/ and I haven't had any issues at all. No one seems to want to fix the problems on rv.net so I'll just stay with the goodsam portal.
