I got it 3 times while trying to open this thread.
Most times a refresh fixes it, sometimes 2 refreshes - this is the first time for 3 that I noticed.
the F5 key is refresh, so it's quick to stab that button when I see the message (quicker for me than navigating to the GUI button with the mouse)
