For the record -I've been operating 15k AC on inverter power in my conversion for years. But I spend about $1500 for 24V inverter/charger rated at 2600W.
In camper - generator transfer switch suppose to change the power source in blink of they eye, so AC will never stop running, and "somehow" in California once you start AC in the morning, it never stops till late in the night.
Anyway, that is just a tough about AC and I am happy the forum help me figure out ghost light.
