Hi. I turn the fan on first and then put the thermostat on cool. The AC fires up and it continues to run with the thermostat set to the coldest 55 but never gets cold. the AC unit is running with the fan on. It has a wall thermostat with a moveable lever to the temperature. I can check the voltage but I am not sure what to look for. Thanks
