BFL13. You see why I built the BORG?
I start the tiny Harbor Fright 2-cycle with voltage on one the Megawatts dialed way back. When the generator warms up I tweak the voltage control to just cause the generator to load too much
Wait until the generator is running for awhile at that setting then tweak it again.
Yes it is a pain in the ass to charge this way. The Yamaha 1000 would allow a greater charge rate, and your 3,000 would allow both Megawatts to roar at full song.
It's not the BORG that is the limit, it's the charge source. The prime mover.
