AC don't have limits how much they can cool (evaporative coolers do) but how much insulation can you put into RV 3/4" thick walls?
We've been with our camper in Phoenix 120F heat few weeks ago. The AC performed very well, camper was about 1/2 in the shade, yet the thermometer on countertop was showing 90F in the afternoon.
Opening camper cabinet was like opening an oven. I also had to precool bathroom before using.
