I don't have wood framing
And my walls look too be closer too 2" thick
Measuring across the frame of an open window 2&3/8" thick
Allow 1/16 on each side for flange window edge overlaps of wall
And it's still 2&1/4 inches
Builders would have hard time running anything inside 3/4" wall
