I don't quite understand what you're attempting, but if you're looking for a way to push an extension cord through the wall and have it look like it belongs, and not just a hole in the wall, then try one of these: Click here.
When I remodeled my living room at home, I put 2 of these in the wall. One has coax cable behind it. The coax has a T in it, and the longer part runs to another part of the room, or I can tap into it right there if we want the television in that corner. The coax just shoves through the brushes.
On the other side of the room, I used one of these to run an HMDI cable. That flat long head on each end of the cable doesn't fit anything. So I simply got a 25 foot length of cable, slipped it through this and ran the other end up to the television. It looks nice, even though it's just a wire coming out of it. Of course, the wires are all in the wall.
Hope this is what you're looking for. They are great! You can shove any kind of wire through it, speaker, coax, cable, telephone, anything, and it all looks good. Or even multiple wires if you want.
