12v lights using 1139IF bulbs extremely hot-replacement?

I have 6 recessed lights and I pulled all the bulbs out as the paneling around the fixtures were hot to the touch. I've contacted several major retailers about getting LED replacements or if there is ...

Look on E_Bay there are tons of 48 LED panels there for about $3.00 apiece. Since I installed mine several friends have done the same and every one who sees ours says I have so much more light inside than they do. :)
