1993 Brave Brake Light
I just purchased a used 1993 Brave and now the Brake light comes on the dash. Should I just add some brake fluid and see how it goes or take it directly to a garage? Looking for the master cylinder...

Glad you found the problem and I assume you are replacing the master cylinder.
I hate to help you spend more money but if the master cylinder is original, most of the remaining brake system may also be original.
If it were me I would do a full hydraulic overhaul.
Master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders, rubber hoses and fresh pads/shoes.
Having iffy brakes is the last thing you want on 7 tons of rolling thunder.
