1998 V 10 Trans
I am buying a 1999 Damon Challenger and wondering about the transmission. Is it 4 or 5 speed? Thanks.

- Four speed for sure. No tow/haul mode; all you can do is lock out upper gear(s) if needed (via an overdrive off button and the usual automatic shifting).
- Should be a 4 speed with OD. Depending on the mfg date of the chassis,an AOD-E or a 4R100.
