2001 Itasca HWH jacks won't go up
Our jacks (all 4) go down with no problem at all. They level and hold the MH with no problems. But they don't want to retract when it's time to leave. YES, I have changed the springs to the new tape...

Have you down loaded the hydraulic schematics for your system from the HWH website? Have you tried selectively opening the valves on the jack solenoids? There is a shuttle valve in the system, located between the jacks and the solenoids which all fluid must flow through. Your problem may be there since all four jacks are affected simultaneously.
