2001 Itasca HWH jacks won't go up
Our jacks (all 4) go down with no problem at all. They level and hold the MH with no problems. But they don't want to retract when it's time to leave. YES, I have changed the springs to the new tape...

There is a shuttle valve in the system, located between the jacks and the solenoids which all fluid must flow through. Your problem may be there since all four jacks are affected simultaneously.
I have opened the T-valve (there are 4) and that does not seem to have an effect on allowing the jack to retract. I'm not sure what the shuttle valve looks like or where it is.
