Have you manually released the 4 jack solenoids? These are the "T" handles at the end of each jack solenoid at the pump. IF that does NOT retract the jack/s, then you probably have a "SHUTTLE" valve that is bad. When the Shuttle valve fails, ALL jacks cannot retract. You can still extend, just not retract. A quick test for a Shuttle valve is to put a catch pan under the Hyd pump assble and gently crack open one of the 4 jack lines at the pump. Once the fluid starts to slowly seep out, the jack for that hose will start to retract. Also, when that pressure is released, the Shuttle valve will sometimes release also. If so, you still need to replace it. Doug
