2001 Itasca HWH jacks won't go up
Our jacks (all 4) go down with no problem at all. They level and hold the MH with no problems. But they don't want to retract when it's time to leave. YES, I have changed the springs to the new tape...

I find it hard to believe you would have 3 BAD jacks. Where did you remove the lines? At the main manifold? Are the jacks lifting the RV or are they just clear of the ground. IF they are clear of the ground, then I could see 3 jacks stuck down due to defective internal seals, BUT, you should be able to pry them up with a long lever bar and then retract fully with a floor jack once they are high enough to get the jack under the pads. When you removed the shuttle valve, did you reinstall the new one? Do NOT reinstall the old shuttle valve. The seals are damaged. Doug
