Is this a 6.0 diesel? If so ...
I wonder if you got the whole nest out? Check again.
Have you checked the codes? I use Torque Pro to check mine.
Water/condensation in the fuel? Try a new fuel filter.
Has the EGR valve been cleaned? Might be stuck-clean it.
How is the battery voltage? Low voltage can blow the FICM-not a good thing.
