Ouch... brand new trailer.... 3 hrs away from the dealer... and not working. I wonder, is there a dealer in the area where the trailer is now that could do warranty work for you? I'm not sure, but if you try to fix things yourself first, and bugger something up, the warranty work could be invalidated. Slides, at least in a motorhome and I assume in a trailer, are complex to get working properly - best to let the factory service center do them.
