I have a 24" JVC LED combo and it draws less than 50w when playing a DVD. And LCD could be a hair more, but not much. Surely not enough to worry much about unless you're dry camping.
Most manuals will state their power rating, but typically max. That may also help you if you don't already own a specific device.
