Just went through this on a recent state park visit. The 30A breaker will hold with Converter plus Fridge plus 15K A/C and one more "major" appliance (except the water heater). Also, only one shore tie connection! By that I mean park close enough to the Pedestal to plug the coach's cable directly into it. No adapters, no extension cords, even the "RV" type.
We have a Suburban DSI/Electric water heater. I find enough water is hot enough to do dishes with about 5 minutes of run time on LPG. Used that way, LPG use is not an issue.
