Just went through this on a recent state park visit. The 30A breaker will hold with Converter plus Fridge plus 15K A/C and one more "major" appliance (except the water heater). Also, only one shore tie connection! By that I mean park close enough to the Pedestal to plug the coach's cable directly into it. No adapters, no extension cords, even the "RV" type.......
Aahh respectively disagree that you can't use extension cords. It's what amp your coach is not the extension cords. There is a formula about distance and electric but it is so nominal it does not trip breakers. Using 2 high amp draw appliances exceeding your total amp coach is.
If that were the case a lot of us that go to sporting events would be popping breakers every 2 seconds! :B

MH's "parked 4 rows away" all plugged in with extension cords and ready to go! :B:B
You CAN use extension cords. But the same rule applies, you just can not turn on those "2" appliances on at the same time. Even the big 50amp coach's have the same problem. They can make coffee and have the AC on but do have to watch adding any other big amp drawing appliances. It is what it is 30 amp or 50 amp no more.
