No for aircondition but refrigerator should be fine.
The best way is to transfer it items to freezers after running the refrigerator with chilled pop in it for about 3 to 4 hours before loading other items.
Unless it is very hot out we just load ours when going to storage and turn it on then. No problems when doing that in the last 20 years in 3 different RV's.
