I'm sure the 0.4mm nozzle we're using now would measure 0.5 or more. Wood and CF eat them up. I haven't changed nozzles in a few years. The only reason I did then was because I upgraded my hot end to go above 250C. My original hot end had a Teflon heat break limited to 250C.
your doing CF on brass? that nozzle is prolly making its way to 1mm by now lol.
I had a bad clog yesterday, I had my printer flying and it was bad.
Just got some cardboard spools, not remotely a fan, the filament looks significantly dirtier.
