454 /water in Cylinder 7 and coming out of exhaust pipe

Just a side note, make sure you replace the 02 sensor during the repair. Antifreeze is death to them and your performance will suffer greatly if the old one is left in.

I learned this the hard way after installing a rebuilt GM engine and it just didn't run as strong as the old one.
