454 /water in Cylinder 7 and coming out of exhaust pipe

Unless you drove for a long while with no coolant not likely to be a head gasket. Wet plugs all on the same side to me would be water injested into the intake system on that side. A cracked intake manifold water passage or bad gasket.
Most likely under the TBI intake area.
