454 /water in Cylinder 7 and coming out of exhaust pipe

Like others said could be the head gasket. However on those and most Chevys its very common for the intake gasket to leak antifreeze into the intake and then get in the engine ect. I have a friend that has a number of Chevys in his fleet and first thing they pull is the intake and check the gasket if its good they go on into the engine.. But often its just a bad seal on the intake gasket.
