For the doubters out there get a short length of 1/8" THREE SIXTEEN 316 grade stainless steel cable then try and cut it. 3/16" stainless cable needs a block of steel, a USA sharp chisel and a 3 pound drilling hammer. Just enough time to load OO buck into the Browning.
Fence chargers are fun to play with. 90% of copper thieves left knife mark clues where they cut cable. Dangle the disconnected cable in a secure cubby. Introduce one leg of the charger output into one wire end, the other fence charger output into another wire end. Having 120vac introduces liability for bodily injury and a blown breaker at the least. A quality long miles fence charger puts some hair behind those pulses. DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE A PACEMAKER OR HEART ISSUES!
