WH is Suburban SW12DEM and works fine on the propane. It is 120vac I would presume. It had some issues about 3 years ago and I had to bring it into Camping World 3 or 4 times and they replaced some valves that were not the standard so it would work - would not use the standard ones and would not replace irt
Come to think of it that kinda tells me my converter is ok.
Refer says it is working on the propane when on the road - kinda. It keeps going out as the flame protection is not working. I have been fighting with Camping World for at least 4 years on the refer as I have to set all the way to 5 most of the time in even just kinda warm weather. That's another story! :-)
I have GS Extended Warranty and all CW does it battle me on things rather than take care of them.
Going to little bigger town tomorrow so going to look for batteries.
