5th Wheel REAR stabilizing jacks lubrication questions

I've tried a lot of things, I now use plain ole axle grease on mine. I know what people say, but I have found grease is the only thing that stops them from rusting and binding, and has longevity of more than 2 hours or the end of the driveway whichever comes first. When the grease gets to much dirt in it, I wipe em off and grease em again (usually once a year in the spring).
