5th Wheel REAR stabilizing jacks lubrication questions

My 5th wheel rear stabilizing jacks are not scissor jack but look like these. The worm screw has become corroded with rust making raising and lowering the jacks difficult. I was going to use ...

I have used WD, silicone spray and axle grease. Yes grease attracts dirt but it lasts so that is what I use put only where contact points are.
