5th Wheel REAR stabilizing jacks lubrication questions

My 5th wheel rear stabilizing jacks are not scissor jack but look like these. The worm screw has become corroded with rust making raising and lowering the jacks difficult. I was going to use ...

I been squirting oil on them for years. If it gets a little gungy or rusty squirt some more on it. It reaches a happy medium.
